Parties through their Counsel. Today when the matter came up for hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition be disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal submitted by Respondent No.3 Education Institute before him for continuation of the Petitioner as Assistant Teacher and for

WP.11867/2016(P-70-14.10) approval of the same. He submits that the proposal is pending since long, but till date has not been decided. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission and proposal Exhibit-H we dispose of the Petition directing Respondent No.2 to decide on merits the proposal for continuation of the Petitioner and take decision on the proposal submitted by the Respondent No.3 as expeditiously as possible but not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
