The applicant / appellant / convict by this application is submitted that he is undergoing jail sentence from 11th May 2011 and he is falsely implicated in the crime in question. His poor family is at the verge of destruction. The tenor of the application sent through the jail is to the effect that hearing of his appeal be expedited.

It is seen that the applicant / appellant / convict came to be tried along with three other accused persons in Special Case No.23 of 2011 and ultimately they all were convicted. It appears that they all are undergoing sentence imposed on them. On 3rd March 2017, this court had appointed Ms.Rupali Shinde, the learned advocate on the panel of the Legal Aid of this court to represent this applicant / appellant / convict. It is reported that Ms.Rupali Shinde has been appointed as Assistant Government Pleader. In this view of the matter, Ms.Ameeta Kuttikrishnan, the learned advocate on the panel of the Legal Aid of this court, who is also representing co­accused named Gandhadhar Babji Lenaka is appointed to represent the applicant / appellant / convict Pratap Bhimsingh Parera, at the cost of the State. Similalry, Ms.Ameeta Kuttikrishnan, the learned advocate is also appointed to represent appellant / accused Mrs.Savita Pratap Parera in Criminal Appeal No.313 of 2014 and appellant / accused Santoshi Pradhan in Criminal Appeal No.433 avk 2/3

of 2014 for the same reason, that Ms.Rupali Shinde the earlier appointed advocate is now appointed as Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Criminal Application No.1105 of 2017 stands disposed of.

As the appellants / accused are undergoing jail sentence from the year 2011, and as their appeals are ripe for final hearing, put up for final hearing in the week commencing from 14th August 2017 along with connected pending criminal applications and appeals.
