Learned AGP, on instructions from the officer concerned, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that they will not start construction (of extension/expansion/four lining of existing road - namely, Ahmednagar-Karmala-Tembhurni Road) in the Petitioner's land without following proper procedure under the extant land acquisition laws. Statement accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

In the light of above statement, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that Petitioner's grievance as raised in the writ petition no more survives. In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of.
