Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that there are change in circumstances and therefore, it would not be appropriate to proceed with the present petition. Hence, she seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with further liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum, if necessary.

It is made clear that this petition has not been heard on merits. Hence, all contentions of both the parties are kept open. The learned counsel for the respondent has been appointed through legal aid and hence, he would be entitled to his professional fees as per rule.
