The present revision application is filed against the judgment and order of a Special Judge, Solapur in Sessions Case No. 285 of 2011 dated 11.5.2015 thereby acquitting the respondents no. 2 to 4 for the offence punishable under sections 302, 498-A read with section 34 of the IPC. In view of the provisions of Section 372 of Cr.P.C., the applicant being the original complainant is having a right to file a substantive appeal against acquittal. The learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file an appeal as contemplated under section 372 of Cr.P.C. before the appropriate Bench. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is disposed off accordingly.
