P.C. :- P.C. :- Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Venegavkar the learned counsel for the CBI.

Vide order dated 16.6.2017, the Applicant was directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. In this Application, the Applicant has expressed his inability to furnish and make up the surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and thus, requested that the amount be reduced from Shivgan

* 2/2 * 4-APPA-1107-2017.doc Rs.25,000/- to Rs.15,000/- and to that extent the order dated 16.6.2017 be modified.

I have perused the application . In view of the averments made in paragraphs 4 to 6 and after hearing Mr. Venegavkar the learned counsel for the Respondent-CBI, the order dated 16.6.2017 stands modified whereby the Applicant is permitted to give one or two sureties in the sum of Rs.15,000/- in stead of Rs.25,000/- and to this extent, the order stands modified. The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of as such.
