DATE : JUNE 26, 2019 P.C.:- Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, makes a motion for withdrawal of both the petitions as the order passed by the Labour Court, according to the petitioners, is without hearing the petitioners. Liberty is sought by the petitioners to prefer applications within two weeks for setting aside the said

Since the services of the respondents were terminated by the Gram Panchayat, which lateron merged in Municipal Council.

In the wake of above, the above petitions stand dismissed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 4.

The applications moved by the petitioners for setting aside the judgment of the Labour Court be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of service of the copy of this order. 5.

Till the decision on the said applications, no coercive action be initiated against the petitioners.
