In pursuance of Order dated 11th January 2023, the in-charge by DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Date:

2023.02.09 14:24:30 +0530 DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Chief Medical Officer attached to Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, Dr. Sunil H. Dhate has filed affidavit dated 3rd February 2023. The said affidavit is accompanied with the Petitioner's medical report issued by Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. It is stated therein that, the Petitioner was referred to Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation Hospital at Vashi one occasion and to Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai on two occasions for medical examination and treatment for his ailments i.e. Burning Micturition (Mild Prostatomegaly).That, the medical condition of Petitioner is presently stable and if necessary he will be referred to higher centre for treatment.

In view of above, the grievance of Petitioner as of today does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
