The applicant has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 10th July 2017. The applicant was directed tobe released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. It is submitted by learned advocate for applicant that the applicant has not been able to arrange for the surety, as directed by this Court, and is continued to be in jail. 2.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that for a temporary period, the applicant may be permitted to be released on cash security so that he can make arrangement for surety, as directed. 3.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the applicant is permitted to execute cash security in the sum of Rs.30,000/- for a period of six weeks from today in lieu of the surety as directed by order dated 10th July 2017. The applicant shall furnish surety as
