The grievance of Petitioner in his Application dated 11.07.2019 is for expeditious hearing of the trial case in view of his deteriorating health condition.

Perused the affidavit dated 13.03.2020 filed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch (Detection-2), Thane City, District Thane wherein it is stated that the offences for which Petitioner has been convicted are extremely serious. That, the bail Application No. 2608 of 2018 filed by Petitioner has been rejected by this Court.

In that view of the matter, grievance of Petitioner cannot be acceded to. Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection of bail before the Appellate Court.
