1] By the present Revision Application, the applicant has challenged the Order 25.5.2016 passed below Exhibit-13 in PMLA Special Case No.2 of 2016 by the learned Special Judge for PMLA, Greater Mumbai, thereby allowing the application preferred by the respondent No.1 for cancellation of warrant issued by the said Court. 2] By the said impugned Order, the Trial Court while cancelling the non-bailable warrant, was pleased to direct the applicant to remain present on 6.6.2016 before the said Court. The applicant remained present before the Trial Court on 6.6.2016 and is now released on regular bail. 1/2
