This is the third bail application. The first application of the applicant was rejected on merits.

Learned APP, on instructions, makes a responsible statement that the trial has come to fag end and that only Investigating Officers of CBI and local Police Officers are to be examined. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned Spl. P.P., learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He,

Considering the aforesaid, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.

This Court vide order dated 14/06/2019 had granted extension of six months to conclude the said trial. It is expected that the learned Judge shall conclude the trial during the said period. ( REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
