It is submitted that the petitioner happens to be owner of the disputed premises and is really in possession thereof and there are orders of civil court to support the same. It is contended that the report lodged on 17/5/2018 by respondent no. 3 is false and concocted.

During the arguments, we gather that the petitioner has already secured anticipatory bail in the matter. 4.

If there are orders of civil court in favour of the petitioner, the same can be looked into by the I.O. At this stage, we find that nilegaonkar 1/2
