Petitioner has filed a substantive Writ Petition being 3686 of 2019. Following order has been passed in the said Petition :- ".

The grievance of Petitioner in his Application dated 11.07.2019 is for expeditious hearing of the trial case in view of his deteriorating health condition.

Perused the affidavit dated 13.03.2020 filed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch (Detection-2), Thane City, District Thane wherein it is stated that the offences for which Petitioner has been convicted are extremely serious. That, the bail Application No. 2608 of 2018 filed by Petitioner has been rejected by this Court.

In that view of the matter, grievance of Petitioner cannot be acceded to. Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection of bail 1/2

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of."

In view of the above, in the absence of material particulars, no order can be passed on the request made by Petitioner to seek CCTV footage, CDR and CDR Pocket location in respect of his case pending case. In any event, perusal of his Application shows that it is vague and insufficient and therefore cannot be countenanced. 3.

Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed.
