By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Co. is seeking condonation of 36 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 16.12.2010 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in Application No. 3601 of 1999.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
