This petition is filed because the proposal of the Petitioner is pending before the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority. The learned Counsel for the Authority states that the proposal will be taken up for consideration in the next meeting of the Authority and appropriate decision would be taken. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel, we dispose of the petition.
