P.C. :- Mr. Motwani, learned Counsel appearing in support of the Petition on instructions seeks to withdraw this Petition. However, he seeks a liberty to make a representation to the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade - Respondent No.5 in respect of Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS) that the Petitioner is entitled to its benefit from a date prior to 27 February 2017 as claims were made prior to that date.
