Mrs. Shinde, learned AGP for the State, states that six weeks time may be granted to the respondents for allotment of the plot and to hand over possession thereof.

Mr. Deokar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that plots will be identified by the petitioners which according to the petitioners are available and can be allotted to these petitioners. 3.

It is made clear that six weeks time is granted to the respondents to comply with the order from the date the petitioner identified the land. The respondent shall consider said land and allot such lands subject to availability and eligibility. 4.

Contempt Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.

Place the matter on board for reporting 'Compliance' on 1st February 2023.
