This is the second Bail Application. The First Bail Application No. 1269 of 2015 was rejected on 20th April, 2016. The applicant/accused is facing prosecution under sections 302, 307, 498A r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, as the offence is registered at C.R. No. I-238 of 2014 with Naupada Police Station. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the trial Court has recorded the entire evidence. The evidence of the Investigating officer is also over, however, the prosecution has placed list of 6 more witnesses and therefore, this second Bail Application is moved.
