O R D E R

i.

Hearing of Petition No. A-2533 of 2013 pending before the Family Court at Bandra is expedited.

ii.

Family Court to decide the Petition No. A-2533 of 2013 finally within three months from receipt of copy of this order. iii.

In the meanwhile the Respondent-wife is entitled to withdraw sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from the Registrary of Family Court unconditionally.

iv.

Interim protection granted by this court stand vacated. v.

All the contention of both the parties are kept open. vi.

Both the Counsels made statement before this Court that they will not ask any adjournment at the time of hearing of petition. The statement is accepted.
