This Application is filed for condonation of delay of 312 days caused in fling the First Appeal challenging the impugned Judgment and Award dated 10/05/2022 passed in LAR. No. 164/1997 by the Ld. CJSD, Solapur.

It is stated that since the Appellant died the Claimant whose valuable land came to be acquired and is for enhancement of the compensation for the said LAR.
