Civil Application is filed for condonation of delay in filing First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 8th January, 2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag in LAR No. 383 of 2016.

Although, the delay in filing appeal is of 1 year and 61 days, the same has been substantially explained in the Civil Application. The learned Counsel of the Respondent has no objection, if the delay is condoned.
