Dr.Piyush Mehta, who appears in person seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. He submits that he has impugned the order passed by the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in this Petition and that the remedy is to challenge the said order in Appeal before the Bar Council of

WP 2758-16 (Prod).doc India. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw this Petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order before the Bar Council of India.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
