The Applicants apprehend arrest in C.R. No.321 of 2021 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur (city), for the ofences punishable under Sections 40,, 385,, 3,4, 323, ,04 and ,0, r/w 34 of the IPC.

By detail orders dated 1,/09/2021 and 04/10/2021 this Court had granted interim protection to both these Applicants. Learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants have 1/2

Megha 18_aba_2193 & 2382_2021.doc complied with the condition and that the Applicant-Imtiaz Khajabai Attar has handed over his mobile phone to the Investigating Ofcer and that both the Applicants have been interrogated and they have co-operated with the investigation.

Considering the above facts and circumstances and particularly the nature of accusations, the interim relief granted to these Applicants by order dated 1,/09/2021 and 04/10/2021 is hereby confrmed.

The Applicants shall report to the Investigating Ofcer as and when required by the Investigating Ofcer. ,.

The Applicants shall keep the Investigating Ofcer informed of their current address and mobile contact numbers, and / or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time. ,.

The application stands disposed of.
