This Court, while granting ad-interim protection on 17.08.2022, has recorded the details of complainant having consensual relationship with the applicant.

During the course of hearing, learned APP, on instructions, informs that the applicant has already co-operated in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not warranted. 4.

In that view of the matter, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 5.

That being so, in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.34 of 2021 registered with Cyber Crime Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Section 354D of the IPC as also Sections 67 and 67A of the Information Technology Act, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when summoned. The said applicant shall not directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the evidence. 5.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
