The learned senior counsel for the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this Application, in view of the statement made by learned APP,

2/3 on instructions, that charge has been framed in the present case on 10th August, 2015. He requests that the trial be expedited. 2.

Considering the facts of this case, the trial is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order. If the said trial does not conclude within the aforesaid period, for no fault of the Applicant, the Applicant shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

The Applicant shall co-operate in the conduct of the trial. The prosecution to take effective steps to see that witnesses are summoned and the accused are produced on the dates given by the Trial Court. The learned counsel for the intervener also assures that the complainant will co-operate in the conduct of the trial.

In view of the disposal of the Bail Application No.1567 of 2015, the Intervention Application being Criminal Application No.834 of 2015 does not survive and the same is also disposed of. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
