Ms. Choudhary states that after court passed order dated 29th October 2021, the adjudication order has been passed by Appellate Commissioner. Ms. Choudhary seeks leave of the court to withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition.

Mr. Chandrashekhar states that if Petitioner is aggrieved by adjudication order, there are alternate remedies available. Petition dismissed as withdraw with the liberty as prayed for. Rights and contentions of Respondents are kept open to raise even the defense of alternate remedy.
