Heard learned counsel for the parties. The present appeal is directed against the refusal of ad-interim order dated 14/6/2016 pending Notice of Motion No.653/2016 and Chamber Summons No.310/2016 in Suit No.4845/2008. There is no ad-interim relief operating in favour of the appellant as of today. 2.

In the present appeal, since Notice of Motion No.653/2016 and Chamber Summons No.310/2016 in Suit No.4845/2008 are pending, in the interest of justice without disturbing the impugned order the lower Court is directed to decide the aforesaid Notice of Motion and Chamber Summons as early as
