After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Revision Application, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of this Petition. However, he makes request that the non-bailable warrant issued against him be stayed till the next date before the trial Court, within which period he will appear before the trial Court; and take steps to get the non-bailable warrant cancelled after showing his bonafide.

Considering this request, which appears to be reasonable Ashwini V

29-WP-2654-2023 as he is willing to show his bonafide, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

i) The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

ii) The execution of the non-bailable warrant issued by the trial Court is stayed till 7th October 2023 which is the next date before the trial Court. During that period the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court and make appropriate application for getting the non-bailable warrant issued by the trial Court, set aside.

iii) The Petition is disposed of.
