The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 5. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Assistant Teacher (page

33) is pending with Respondent No.5, then Respondent No.5 shall decide the same in accordance with law on its own merit preferably within four months.
