Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Rajkumar Dadhich, is the first informant, who has taken out Interim Application No.2696 of 2023.

Interim Application stands allowed.

Let the Applicant in ABA No.1887 of 2023 implead the first informant as party Respondent No.2 to the Applications.

Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 5.
Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 18 December 2023. 6.
Learned APP waives service for Respondent - State and the learned Counsel for the Intervener waives service on behalf of Respondent No.2. ABANo.3029 of 2023 7.
Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant - Saryu Prasad Yadav, be directed to appear before the Investigating Officer and depending upon further investigation, prosecution would make submissions on the application. 8.
In view of the above, in the event of the arrest of the Applicant - Saryu Prasad Yadav in connection with C.R.No.385 of 2023 registered with Versova Police Station, the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of SSP 2/3
Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (ii) The Applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and report to DCB Crime Branch Station on 10th and 11th December 2023 in between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., and thereafter, as and when directed. (iii) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and/or give threat or inducement to the first informant or any of the prosecution witnesses or any of the persons acquainted with the facts of the case. (iv) Place ABA Nos.2481 of 2023, 1887 of 2023 and 1888 of 2023 for passing orders and ABA No.3029 of 2023 for further hearing on 18 December, 2023 . ( N.J.JAMADAR, J. ) SSP 3/3
