Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this court, by order dated 21/03/2014 granted Rule and directed the Applicant to deposit the entire decretal amount in the Reference Court. He submits that before passing the said order, the Respondent-claimant withdrew the entire awarded amount from the Reference Court on 30/01/2014. Hence, nothing survives in the Civil Application. 2.

In view of the above, the Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
