I am informed that the applicant shall hand over all the papers in relation to transfer of vehicle which is in the custody of complainant within two weeks from today to the Investigating Officer. He further assures that in addition to above, amount of Rs.6,50,000/- will be deposited in the pending Domestic Violence Act proceedings within a period of six weeks from today. Both these statements are accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 2.

In view of above, ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

If applicant fails to comply with either of the aforesaid conditions within time stipulated, ad-interim protection shall cease to operate without further reference to the Court and Investigating BGP.

Officer shall be at liberty to proceed with investigation in accordance with law.

Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer as and when directed.

5.

Application as such stands disposed of.
