1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] By the present application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish sureties which was a condition of his release on bail by order dated 24.06.2022.

The Applicant was released on bail by the said order and permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs.1 Lakh for a period of 8 weeks. It is submitted that the sureties are ready and within four weeks he would furnish the sureties as directed by this Court. 3] Accepting the statement and undertaking to this Court, extension of four weeks is granted to furnish the sureties. 1/2
