The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the Petitioner No. 4 - Institute has sent a proposal dated 26th July, 2016 to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur in respect of the Petitioner No. 1 for appointment in the Secondary School run by the Petitioner No.2, but till date the said proposal has not been considered and decided.

The prayer has been made through this Petition that this Petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 - The Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to consider hvn 1/2
22-wp-11380.2016.doc and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's proposal dated 26th July, 2016 and till then the status quo as it exists today be maintained by treating the said posts as vacant post.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's proposal dated 26th July, 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before respondent no. 2. Till the said proposal is decided, no surplus teacher be sent in the Petitioner's Institute in place of the Petitioner No.1 5.
The Petitioner to appear before second respondent on 7th November, 2016 at 3.00 p.m.
