Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The Revision filed by the Petitioners is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. The above Petition has been directed against the order refusing stay to the Petitioners. wp-8194-13-(902) It is required to be noted that the Revision has been filed in the year 2003. In my view it would be just and proper to direct the Additional Commissioner, Pune to decide the Revision within two months of 12-8-2015 when the Revision is to come up for hearing before the Additional Commissioner. The parties are expected to remain present on 12-8-2015 for proceeding with the hearing. In any event, the hearing be completed and the decision be rendered within two months of 12-8-2015. Since in the above Petition an ad-interim relief is operating since 16-9-2013, the same to operate till the disposal of the Revision Application within the time stipulated by the instant order.
With the aforesaid directions the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
