The complaint alleged is dated 18/10/2017 and present petition has been filed in July, 2018. Thereafter even formal notice has not been issued till date. In this situation, when the complainant can approach the court of learned Magistrate for appropriate relief, we are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction. Keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the present petition.
