Parties through their counsel. With consent heard finally. The Petitioner is working on the post of librarian in the School Department of Education. According to him, he is entitled for the pay-scale of Rs.1400-2600 and thereafter, as per the revised grade of Rs.5500-9000 and Rs.9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.4300 as per 4th to 6th pay commission. His grievance is that he submitted various representations before the Respondents but they have not taken any decision on these representations as yet. Today, when the matter is came for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is to dispose of this petition by directing the Respondent No.4 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's pending representation Shivgan 1/2

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on merits of the matter, we dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No.4 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representations Annexure 'E' as expeditiously as possible but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
