Mr. Vaidya, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions submitted that, after completing investigation of F.I.R. No.531 of 2021 registered with Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai, the Investigating Agency has submitted 'Summary Report' before the Special Court (under the 'S.C.S.T.' Act), Greater Mumbai.

In view of change in circumstance, he seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file protest Petition in the said 'Summary Report' and to contest it.
