After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicants seek leave to withdraw the Applications.

It appears that six witnesses have already been examined in the said case and about ten witnesses are to be examined by the prosecution. Vide order dated 22.12.2014, this Court had already expedited the case of the Applicants and had directed the Sessions Court to complete the trial at the earliest and in any event, by the end of 30.04.2015. The trial has already been expedited and has commenced inasmuch as, six witnesses have been examined, till date. Since 6 witnesses have already been examined, the learned Sessions Judge is expected to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, within reasonable period.

The Applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
