Heard the learned APP, for the State.

By order dated 16/09/2022, the applicant was admitted to protection from arrest in C.R. No. 134 of 2022 by specifically referring to the material alleged against him in the charge-sheet. It was also recorded that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted.

Since the order is in force for considerable long time, and as on date the investigation is complete and the learned APP on instruction of Mr. Subhash Pansare has no objection in confirming the order. The order dated 16/09/2022, is confirmed and made absolute.
