1) It is an admitted fact on record that, after concluding the investigation of the present crime, the Investigating Officer has forwarded a report dated 16th February 2015 to the Superintendent of Police, Pune Rural stating that, no evidence is found against the Petitioners of commission of present crime and therefore a report under Section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code cannot be filed.
2) In view of the above, Petition for quashing of F.I.R. No. 26 of 2014 registered with Junnar Police Station, District Pune, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
