The Appellant-wife has challenged the order passed by the Family Court No.2, Mumbai dated 28 May 2010 rejecting the petitions filed by her. The petitions are of the year 2008. When the petitions were filed, the age of the Appellant is 67 years and the age of the Respondent is 70 years. Considering their age, first an attempt at the amicable resolution of the dispute should be made. List the appeal on board on 23 November 2022. To be listed under the caption "For Directions.
