1) Learned APP on instructions from PSI Mr. Rahul Ghadge, attached to Laskhar Police Station, Pune, submitted that, after completion of investigation, the Police have filed charge sheet on 29th December 2016 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Cantonment, Pune. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before trial Court. 3) By reserving alternate remedy, the Petition is disposed off. 4) In pursuance of the notice issued by an Order dated 9th October 2023, Mrs. Priyanka Mahesh Shelke, Police Inspector (Crime), attached to Lashkar Police Station, Pune, has filed an Affidavit dated 18th October 2023. In paragraph Nos.3 and 4 thereof, she has explained as to what prevented 1/2

RVC 62 WP-3220-2018.doc her from attending Court on 9th October 2023. The explanation offered in the said Affidavit dated 18th October 2023 by Mrs. Priyanka Mahesh Shelke, is accepted. Notice of Contempt issued vide Order dated 9th October 2023, is accordingly dropped.
