In this Petition received through jail, the challenge was to the order dated 12th March, 2012 of preventive detention of the Petitioner. The report of the Jail Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison records that after completion of the period of detention, on 26 th January, 2013, the Petitioner has been set at liberty. Therefore, it is not necessary to entertain this Petition received through jail. We, accordingly dispose of the Petition. If the Petitioner is desirous of claiming any relief in relation to the impugned order of preventive detention, he is free to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
