Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP, placed on record the order dated 6th February, 2015, passed by Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. Perusal of this order reveals that the petitioner's application for parole is rejected. In view of the order, the grievance made by the petitioner will no more survive. The petitioner, is always at liberty, to challenge the above said order by filing an appeal before an appropriate authority. In that view of the matter, the petition stands dismissed.
