Heard learned counsel for appearing respective parties at length. For the reasons to be recorded separately Writ Petition stands rejected.

At this stage learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for continuation of an ad-interim relief which is in force till today. The prayer is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Ist respondent. However, in the interest of justice adinterim relief which is in force till today, shall continue to operate for two weeks form the actual uploading of the judgment and order at the High Court website.
