The present petition has been filed by the petitioners through the Trustees challenging the communication addressed by respondent nos.4 and 5 for reinstating respondent nos.1 and 2. 2.

By an order of even date passed in writ petition no.12562 of 2017, we have upheld the order of the Director of Education and the Hon'ble Minister, thereby appointing an Administrator to manage the affairs of the school and the order passed by the Director appointing the Administrator and the order passed by the Minister dismissing the appeal. Since now the affairs of the school are being managed by the Administrator under the orders passed by the Director of Education and the Hon'ble Minister, which are

17-wp 7510-13 confirmed by us, the petitioners will have no locus to continue with the present petition.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed as not maintainable at the behest of the present petitioners.
