This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring Criminal Revision Application. There is delay of 31 days in preferring Criminal Revision Application. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that the Applicants depended on their Advocate to apply for certified copy and take further steps. However, it was not done and, therefore, there was delay of 31 days in filing this application.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that considering the short delay and the reasons mentioned in the application, in the interest of justice the delay be condoned. Though learned APP has opposed this application, I am inclined to condone the delay.
