Thie applicants apprehend arrest in C.R.No.443 of 2021 registered with Akkalkot North Police Station, Solapur, for offences under Section 143, 147, 148, 324, 327, 504, 506 r/w. 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Considering the nature of the accusation, and the material in support thereof, this Court, by order dated 26th July, 2023 had granted interim bail to the applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and that he has been interrogated. His presence is not required for custodial interrogation.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, interim bail SALGAONKAR
